He uses a great visualization technique that you can try as he is talking. It's a quick 20 minutes, well worth your time. Gregg is also the author of Jack's Notebook: A Business Novel About Creative Problem-Solving.

The International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College is offering a four-week, online course called Putting Ideas Into Action--a series of 14 short videos to view at your convenience and exercises that you can (and should) complete to help you practice what you learn. There will also be online class discussions so that you can reflect on your learnings with others. Complete the course and they'll even give you a certificate (something you can show your boss). But best of all, you'll learn new skills for tackling everyday challenges--whether at work, at home, in your community or while engaging in your favorite activities.
